TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS  

Canine Catering products are for Pet Food Only. We use human-grade ingredients and base our meals and snack products on popular traditional recipes that we have modified to be suitable for dogs.   

Our products are frozen and delivered in insulated packaging to keep them frozen until delivery. At the time of delivery, they need to be placed in your freezer.

DELIVERY  

Product ordered from Canine Catering can be delivered to postcodes in our delivery area in Sydney. These areas are subject to change. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. 

Delivery windows vary by location. If you will not be home at the time of delivery, please make alternative arrangements and leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our delivery drivers to follow.  

Once product is delivered according to delivery instructions you are responsible for the product. 

If a re-delivery is required at an alternative time through no fault of Canine Catering or our logistics partners, an additional fee may be charged. Any re-delivery shall be at our absolute discretion. 

We cannot always accommodate specific delivery windows but will try to accommodate but not guarantee special requests. 

You will not hold us responsible for any delivery delays that are outside of our control. 

Any missing deliveries should be reported to our Customer Care team by emailing us on chef@caninecatering.com.au. 

We take customer satisfaction seriously. Sshould you have any issues, please contact us on chef@caninecatering.com.au and we will review on a case-by-case basis. 

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES 

Any cancellations need to be not less than 24hrs before the day of delivery. Our products are made fresh and frozen using fresh ingredients. Changes after this time will be accommodated if possible. Cancellations will still be charged. 

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES 

When you place an Order for a subscription Product you enter into an agreement to receive the Product on an ongoing basis. You will be charged for your initial order between completing the first order, and the first relevant Order Cut-Off time. The completion of an initial order prior to the relevant weekly Order Cut-Off Time constitutes authorisation for this payment at any time up to the Cut-Off Time. Subsequent recurring orders will be charged following the relevant weekly Order Cut-Off, without further authorisation from you, unless you have cancelled or otherwise modified your subscription or delivery preferences as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Your order may not be fulfilled if you place your initial order using a free box code? and cancel before the first relevant weekly Cut-Off. 

By subscribing to the Services, you are agreeing to receive our Product on a recurring basis for an indefinite period until cancelled by you or us as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The subscription amount and billing interval are set out on the checkout page, confirmation correspondence, and the customer login area of the Site. 

You can cancel, pause, and otherwise amend your subscription at any time without the need to receive further Products from us provided that your adjustment request is received by one of the methods outlined on the How To Manage Your Account section of the Site and by the cut-offs outlined below. You will not be charged a cancellation fee. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription without any liability to you or any third party. 

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our discretion at any time and without giving any reasons for our decision. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or the Products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or of a Product. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or Service that we offer. All descriptions of Products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. Any offer or discount for any Product or Service made on this Site shall automatically be voided where prohibited by laws or any appropriate authorities. 

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we make no warranties or representations about this website or the Content, including but not limited to warranties or representations that they will be complete, accurate or up-to-date, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from viruses, or that this website will be secure. 

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate without notice your access to this website, any Content, or any feature of this website at any time without notice and we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage, or liability that may arise as a result. 

Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, in no event shall we be liable for any direct and indirect loss, damage or expense – irrespective of the manner in which it occurs – which may be suffered due to your use of our website and/or the information or materials contained on it, or as a result of the inaccessibility of this website and/or the fact that certain information or materials contained on it are incorrect, incomplete or not up-to-date. 

Jurisdiction and governing law 

Your use of the website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of New South Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales. 

In Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. Nothing in these terms and conditions purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian competition and consumer act Italics and capital letters and other laws. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian consumer law or the competition and consumer regulation 2010 are expressly excluded where permitted, including liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty or condition.
